Winter Haiku is a pleasant, low-key group show that features some of this galleries strongest photographers, as well as a majority of artists in other media, many of them working in a photo-realistic, or at least photo-influenced veins. Of the 52 pieces in the show, the photo standouts include classic rock portraits by Lynn Goldsmith, especially Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen and Frank Zappa, all from the 1970’s. And a small room filled to the brim with 6 pictures by JeongMee Yoon from her pink and blue project; portraits of well-to-do children and their hundreds and hundreds of pink or blue toys, books and clothes. Each of the pieces in the show is also accompanied by a haiku.
