Anastasia Photo, located in the heart of the relentlessly-hip Lower East Side, is dedicated to the presentation of advocacy photo-journalism, arguably one of the least hip and most conservative branches of the photo arts. And David Wright’s photographs are exemplars of the type: technically sophisticated, gorgeously printed, and respectful of the people shown.
